About this game
This is a puzzle rather than a competitive game, but shows the United States' desire for peace as Europe went to war. The cover graphic is a haunting omen of the agony and slaughter to come.

Rules
The puzzle consists of a set of flat metal shapes. The pieces first must be fit together to form the word WAR. Then the player must re-arrange them to spell the word PEACE (with individual letters being smaller).
