Rules
Standard set-collection rules as for Happy Families or Authors. The 61st card is named simply “Officer”. It acts as a wild card, allowing a player to call any card from memory to fill a book. It also acts as a tie-breaker, counting as a single book unless the number of books is tied, in which case it counts for 16.
