About this game
This game paid tribute to the medics of WWI – the people who risked their own lives to rescue those wounded on the field of battle. It illustrates the full range of activities of the medical corps: recruitment, use of horse-drawn and motorized ambulances, rescue dogs, hospital trains and hospital care. The box also has a title in Dutch, (Onder de afdeeling het roode Kruis) suggesting that the publisher felt it could sell in the neutral Netherlands.
