About this game

This game is focused on patrolling in No Man's Land. The box presents a rather idyllic view of life in the field for American forces, but it is very much a game of fighting in the mud.

Mechanism

Move and Capture

Rules

The board has five lines of advance. Each player has one piece per line. Players spin and move any one piece that exact number, forward or backward, not both. They capture an enemy by landing on it by exact count. Each line has one or two shell holes. A piece in a shell hole cannot be captured. Capturing an enemy piece ends the game on that line. The capturing player can move his piece to any other line. The first player to capture all of the opposing pieces wins the game.
