About this game

This game is based on a satirical movie that lampoons capitalists and socialists alike. Sparked by the 1968 Paris riots, the hero is an accountant who gets fired, goes to work for his union-leader aunt, persuades the union to invest in a bicycle business that becomes wildly successful and then goes on strike against the union to be allowed to quit as CEO. The cover features well-known revolutionaries, including Lenin reading the Wall Street Journal.

Rules

As in Monopoly, players roll to move around the board. They may purchase businesses they land on, but also vie for control of unions that can be used to trigger strikes on opposing businesses. Event cards may provide financial bonuses or penalties as well as symbolic ones: being forced to hold one's fist in the air until the next turn. As always, player with the most money wins.
