About this game
This Dutch race game that highlights the difficulties facing couriers during WWI as they moved between the neutral Netherlands, Germany and occupied Belgium. In particular, it shows that while the Dutch kept their usual, relatively open, border with Germany itself, the long wartime border between the Netherlands and occupied territory was guarded by an electric fence, presumably to keep Belgians from escaping to neutral territory.
