About this game
This game by Jim Dunnigan is based on the clashes between protesters and police surrounding the 1968 Democratic presidential nominating convention in Chicago. Anti-war protesters try to disrupt the convention. Police, as Mayor Daley put, try "to preserve disorder".
Mechanism
Area Movement
Rules
Demonstrators win points by successfully harassing police. Police win points by dispersing the crowds. Police may also resort to assaulting demonstrators, but if this results in someone being shot, in which case they lose the game. Each type of conflict in an area is resolved on a separate combat results table.
