About this game
This is an elaborately packaged variant on the venerable Battleships. A pebbled-cardboard binder holds separate folios for the Battle of Britain, Battle of Midway and Battle of the Solomons. Each uses the standard 10 x 10 grid, but has a different pattern of land areas within the ocean. The player's targets have different names and shapes than the standard game.

The Battleship and Submarine must be marked entirely in sea areas. The Land Battery and Tank Force must be placed on land areas. And the Air Squadron (three spaces in a vee) can be placed anywhere on the grid. Otherwise standard: players take turns calling out spaces for hits or misses until all of one player's pieces have been destroyed.
