About this game
This US game about protecting cities from bombardment was published while the UK was undergoing the Blitz but the US had not yet entered the war.

Rules
Each space on a player's board has a die roll combination. A player rolls dice and places a black rectangle on the corresponding space. If there is no corresponding vacant space, turn passes to next player; otherwise, roll again. First to completely cover a board wins.
