About this game

This is a game of movement across a network of dots rather than squares. board is 11 dots wide and 14 dots deep. A jagged river runs across the middle of the board, forming a critical barrier. Each player gets 11 men, two tanks and two anti-tank guns, as well as a pontoon bridge. A player has a choice on each move: either place a piece onto the friendly side of the board, or move a piece that is already there.

Rules

Pieces can move as far as they wish forward, backward or sideways, but not across the river. Once the first piece is placed, others may only be placed adjacent to one already on the board – friendly or enemy. A bridge can be placed vertically or horizontally across a river space. Once placed, it cannot be moved. Pieces may not move into enemy territory except across their own bridge. Infantry capture by surrounding. Guns and tanks kill 2 and 3 spaces away. Eliminate the enemy to win.
