About this game
This is an aerial-themed version of L'Attaque. This 1st International Edition features the Bristol fighter, a 2-seater first flown in 1916, but which remained in service into the 1930s. The game then invents a more powerful "Battle Plane", suggesting that size and armament would be more important than agility in controlling the skies. The plain board is 8 spaces wide and 12 deep.

Rules
Pieces in vertical stands are set up secretly on each player's side of the board. They have values from 1 (Scout) to 10 (Air Marshall's Squadron). Each turn, a piece moves forward, back or sideways. If it ends facing an enemy piece, the owner may declare an attack. Higher value eliminates lower value. Ties destroy both pieces. Goal is to capture the enemy aerodrome.
