About this game
The box and board both feature game the Gloster Meteor, Britain’s first production jet fighter. A few flew late in WWII and some remained in service into the early 1960s. The board has a spiral 100-space track, with green bonus and red penalty spaces along the way. Playing pieces are colored plastic planes. A later edition featured a twin-tailed de Havilland Vampire, the first jet aircraft to cross the Atlantic Ocean.
